Cease resistance; abandon control of your life entirely, and come into complete submission to God. That’s what it means to surrender. When Y’shua returns, some of you will be like Him. And for that transformation to occur, it requires that you surrender making requirements of God and practice being good with His options.
Pray this without ceasing: “God, I know that You are not in debt to me. I make no demands nor place any necessary conditions on You that You are required to fulfill. I have no necessities in my life beyond what You give me. I require no prerequisites nor make any stipulations before I will obey You. I am ready to pivot at any moment to adjust my needs to Your provisions. I know You provide everything I need, so if You have not provided it, I don’t need it!” Whoever won’t surrender their insistence that God meet various requirements and instead practice understanding that the Lord may have a different option in His mind simply won’t become like Him.
