2026-08-28 | Surrender My Vote: Surrender Politics & Practice Vote in BibleIt is critical to address what every Christian must know before they cast their vote. The existential crisis of our day is rooted in cultural lies about: gender, sexual orientation, the sanctity of marriage; and the right to life. With the creation of mankind, God desired to make Himself known, so that no man would have an excuse to deny His existence nor His identity. He is not just one god of many gods; He is “the One and Only God!”

He made His existence obvious with simple observation of the various attributes, phenomena, and objects of the natural world, but that was not specific enough. In fact, mankind has created a myriad of false gods throughout history using these various attributes, phenomena, and objects as idols to worship: sun and moon gods; sky and weather gods; water and sea gods; earth and agriculture gods; fire and volcano gods; gods of time; gods of destiny, and various animal gods, etc.

So, you can see that the attributes of nature and its order were enough to show His existence, but not sufficient to reveal His exact identity. For that, He needed something more specific and profound than the testimonies of nature. To reveal His exclusive identity, He needed to expose His very nature for all of mankind to observe; He needed to unveil His invisible attributes!

The secret to a deeper revelation of God’s invisible nature was hidden in the creation of mankind itself; “God created man in His own image. In God’s image He created him; male and female He created them.” Notice that God created man in His image as one being with more than one nature. All you could originally observe about Adam in the Garden, however, was that he was a man. And yet, God identified him as ‘them’ and said, “Be fruitful, multiply.”

Something was hidden in Adam at creation, and we soon learn that it was a woman and child. To see what was hidden, first God extracted Eve from Adam and showed the woman to him. Then, God created marriage between the man and the woman to assure them that even though He had separated them, they were never meant to be apart; they are bound as tightly as if the woman had never been separated from the man—reunited as a multi-faceted person in one being. It’s what God was revealing about His very own nature. What appeared to be just a man standing alone in the Garden culminated as the couple reunited in marriage as one and brought a son into the world.

God’s invisible attributes were manifest in mankind and then revealed to mankind in what became the human family: husband, wife, and child. This is the image of the invisible God, who made Himself known as a Divine Family: Father, Spirit, and Son. Nature and natural phenomena could not do that. It is why the Apostle Paul later writes, “God manifested Himself in man and then God revealed it to man. His invisible attributes had been made clear to see at creation, being understood through the things that He made, specifically the revelation of the nature of His Godhead, so mankind would be without excuse.”

However, men would eventually suppress this truth and come against God by attacking the family—thus denying the only true God’s revealed identity. They would contradict that there are only two genders; pervert sexuality; reject the sanctity of marriage; define abortion as, ‘reproductive rights that need protection’, and even deny that using abortion as birth-control is murder. Isn’t this precisely what we are witnessing today? It is all rooted in the denial of the only true God and His image, which opens the gateway of sexual immorality, which leads to every atrocious sin that follows.

So, when it comes to political choices, how could any Christian vote for a candidate who denies anything that God used to reveal His identity to mankind? May this teaching become a staple to help inform all Christians everywhere how to vote in Bible without compromising their faith. Let’s all commit to this: “In His Image We Vote.”
