The Pilgrim’s Progress
Pilgrim’s Progress is a fantastic book. Basically it’s about the Pilgrim’s Progress Chronicles, the epic adventure of a man named Christian who leaves his home in the city of Destruction. Christian begins a lifelong quest to the celestial city. The backdrop of a hazardous journey. This powerful drama unfolds as Christian’s adventures lead him into a fascinating land and encounters with many interesting people who either help or hinder his progress along the narrow way. The book itself came from a dream that a man had about the Christian walk. About a man’s walk through his faith. There are a lot of parallels that are drawn. There are a lot of similarities. There are a lot of really strong images that are held in this book that help you visualize what it’s like in a modern sense to walk in faith.

The tongue is the bridge between mind and physical reality. On it lay the power of life and death. With it we praise Yahweh and also curse man who was made in Yahweh’s image. Out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? Can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Why does scripture say we must guard our hearts? Because everything we do flows from it. Out of the overflow of the heart (mind) the mouth speaks. The bridge from consciousness to manifested reality is our tongue and words are what walk upon that bridge while holding the weight of our thoughts. Our words are our thoughts and our thoughts reveal what’s true within us. Its no wonder Yahshua always knew what to say, he was physically manifesting Yahweh and Yahweh was one with him. Who would of guessed a little air traveling through our throat could be so important.
”My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? 2024-01-06 | Restore The World – PART I | Become the Image | Joshua Beiter
Good morning…
First, let’s pray. Let’s get in the mood. Dear Heavenly Father Yahweh, Yeshua, we praise you and thank you for today. Father thank you for the day of rest the Sabbath that enabled us to slow down to recognize to reflect to ultimately change into the next week. Father change into your image. I ask that you would bless this time together, enable our minds to be inclined to you, our ears to be open, our eyes to be full of light and sight. Father and we just ask that ultimately we would be able to take away the main point today to become the love of Yeshua. Father in your mighty name, amen.
All righty guys… So some time has passed since I last taught. I’ve introduced a series called restore the world last time and I’m going to briefly recap some of the points in there just to propel into the topic today. So restore the world. We talked about the ministry of reconciliation and how we were commissioned with that same Ministry. We went over a few different chapters being in 2 Corinthians 5, Romans 5, Matthew 5, which mathematically added up to 1 Corinthians 15 being the chapters and then we threw in some verses from Ephesians 2.
Some main points that we took away from that teaching or this series that we’re going to propel into is that we await our new body in Messiah. We realize that humility is the fear of the Lord. We talked about New Creations putting off the old self in order to become the new self. We talked about being reconciled first Yeshua reconciling everything to Yahweh, but then us supposed to be reconciling the world to Yahweh. We went through some areas in Romans. You know we talked about putting off the body of death and then that ultimately led to this message for this week so I continued to press in on those areas. Specifically 2 Corinthians 5, Romans 5, Ephesians 2, 1 Corinthians 15, and Matthew 5. I was hungry to extract something more from the idea of Adam as the pattern of Yeshua because this idea of Adam being a pattern of Yeshua. Yet Adam was the first man.
[It] was kind of intriguing to me, so it’s almost like you know how is Adam the pattern of Yeshua. If Yeshua is the image of Adam so it’s like this this weird kind of pattern and puzzle hence the title for today’s message being called restore the world part one. Becoming the image patterns and puzzles and everything I’m bout to read you is all by Bible verses so I extracted areas from Colossians and again 2 Corinthians, Romans, Ephesians, and I and I conjoin it into a way where it’s fluent so it’s specifically talking about this topic us becoming the image of Yeshua, but it’s arranged in a very striking way to where it’s almost like I said fluency. So I’m just going to go ahead and read what I have written down and then I’ll give you guys the addresses after.

The world now compared to when Christ walked the earth is very different. Life is less survival mode than it was. It is good! We can travel faster, store food easier, anything we need is just one click away shipped right to our door with money we haven’t even made yet. While the world may seem advanced externally, internally many of us have become worse. Slaves to addictions humans before us never had to deal with. Why? Well unlike 2000 years ago, you want to be a glutton? Fast food is on every street corner and is cheap. buy alcohol? Easier than ever to get drunk. You don’t even have to seek lust, we live in a world where lust seeks YOU! Through our phones. We don’t even need to leave the house to cheat on our spouse, many people do it from their phones every night. All of this advancement. All of this corruption, yet Jesus UNDERSTANDS! He understood this would happen to you and I when he made the decision to sacrifice himself on the cross. He knew we would be struggling with what we are struggling with when He called upon our name all those years ago. And He still loves us! If you knew that your future spouse was going to lie, cheat, steal, kill, be a drunkard, be a glutton, lust after others, leave you and then come back asking for forgiveness only to leave again, on your wedding day would you go through with it?
From the human perspective in order to truly feel like you know something or understand what someone is going through, we had to have experienced it. It’s much easier to forgive someone for a mistake if you’ve yourself had that very same mistake. So how is it possible that God forgives us and loves us more than any human ever could and he never sinned?
This is because we were made in His image. Perfect. When did sin start? When Adam and Eve ate from the tree of KNOWLEDGE of good and evil. So by eating it they gained knowledge of something that already existed. Sin was not created out of this act, but simply made them aware of what was already there and possible. This realization would taint us all for millennium.
If Yahweh is perfectly good in every way, why create evil at all? Why create the devil at all? Wouldn’t God desire everyone to just be happy and feel good all the time? Good vibes. No sin. No temptation.

Marriage
”And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.” Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. Betrothal

The Marriage Supper

Old Spouse Must Die!

Set Free from Sin
”Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? The Wedding Banquet
