2022-12-30 | Intention & Blessings | Keegan WindleGod did not create the world to be without form and void, yet already within the very first book of the Bible in the very first chapter illustrated for us in the second verse it says that the earth came to be without form and void shortly after its inception!

We know that God created the Earth with one goal in mind: To share His Eternal Glory with His creation. He created the Heavens and the Earth as two separate domains of perfection that were intended to interact with each other harmoniously forever. The perfectly balanced and opposing forces cause a perpetual holiness engine that provides a continuous flow of positive energy (i.e. Blessings) from which the whole Universe is designed to be Eternally sustained. Man fell, God intervened by sending us His son, His son initiated the first step toward getting the machinery of the Universe back into working order, and now it is up to us to finish the job!

2022-12-10 | For This Reason | II Peter 1:1-15 | Isaac HozaIf today was your last day, and tomorrow was too late, could you say goodbye to yesterday? How would it hit you, if you got that kind of news? What would you do? Skydiving? Rocky mountain climbing? 2.7 seconds on a bull named Fumanchu? Would you love deeper? Speak sweeter? Or give the forgiveness that you’ve been denying?

If Jesus revealed to you that shortly you must put off your earthly tent, that you have finished your race and it is time to come home. What would you do? Who would you tell? What would you tell them? What would you leave behind?

2022-11-26 | Obey Even when it’s Hard | Proverbs 1:8-19 | Joshua BeiterI believe Solomon, being all wise, documents the proverbs in such a way that it almost appears as a journal or a form of notes. It makes sense regarding the riddles and sayings as if he’s reminding himself of the tools to stay on the path of righteousness. Not only for himself but Solomon has this deep urge fueled from a burning desire to help navigate the minds and spirits of those around him, before him (elders), and especially those who will come after him. Because Solomon has the ability to see and hear meanings of many deep things it would be safe to assume that naturally he wants to share insight and teach what he learns for himself with others. Wouldn’t it be selfish if otherwise? We see in the section prior that the introduction to proverbs are literal instructions for how to acquire the same sense of understanding as he had.

2022-11-12 | Obedience in Action | Isaac HozaAs a leader in TLT, Isaac Hoza gives a strong testimony and lays the groundwork for future teachings on obedience in our lives. Isaac focuses on 4 Points of being called to a new level of obedience:

  1. Willful Sin
  2. Being obedient in God’s calling in life.
  3. Spending time with God
  4. Fasting

Isaac’s version of a Jon Tyson quote, “I need to hear the “whispers” of God before dealing with the “screams” of my children.”

2022-10-29 | Love is a Choice | Javin Zufelt“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never fails.

But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.

For we know in part and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face.

Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”‭‭ I Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭1‬-‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Introduction
We are made in God’s very image and share His characteristics.

Before the Fall
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:26-27 NKJV

“Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.” Genesis 2:15 NKJV
